I have recently been getting a number of customers who wish to email out their Invitations. This is obviously a great time (and money!) saver if you are in a bit of a time-crunch.
You can easily prepare your invitation for emailing using the Print Screen function on your computer – you can see step-by-step help on how to do this right here.
Why can’t you email out the editable PDF?
Unfortunately, the editable files that you download are not suitable for emailing as-is. This is because the recipient may not have Adobe Reader on their computer, causing the invitation that they see on their computer to look vastly different from how it is supposed to look (different PDF viewers like Preview on a Mac will cause fonts and alignments to look irregular!).
Depending on how their computer is set up they may also see the shaded boxes (highlighted fields) that show you where you can type in your text – not a great look for an invitation!
